We are the social enterprises under Hong Kong Blind Union, with responding to the government target of developing accessible facilities and services to lead all sectors of the society to jointly build an accommodating community, have been making every effort to promote accessible facilities.

We truly believe that the development of accessible facilities will not only benefit the visually impaired people, the people with other disabilities, the elderly, and even everyone can use all spaces, services and resources unimpededly.
